FAQs

Where exactly are your coffee beans sourced?

We source our 100% Nepali Arabica from high-altitude farms ranging between 1300m to 1400m. Our primary origin regions include Kavre, Lalitpur, Gorkha, Syangja, Palpa, and Nuwakot, ensuring rich soil and ideal microclimates for specialty coffee.

We strictly monitor our green beans to ensure a stable moisture content of 10% to 11%. This optimal range prevents mold during transit and guarantees a consistent, predictable roast for our B2B roasting partners.

We offer strict grading to suit different wholesale needs. Our Specialty Grade beans undergo rigorous defect sorting and are targeted for high-end cafes and export. For standard commercial wholesale, we provide high-quality Plantation B (PLB) grade beans, which still maintain an excellent cup profile at a more accessible volume.

The 100% washed process is the best way to highlight the true, clean flavor profile of Nepali Arabica. It removes the cherry and mucilage before drying, resulting in a cup with vibrant acidity, distinct fruity and nutty notes, and absolute consistency from batch to batch.

We carry zero roasted stock. When a cafe places an order (minimum 5kg to 10kg), we roast the beans specifically for that batch. The beans then undergo a necessary 24 to 48-hour degassing phase before being packed in ziplock pouches with one-way valves. Every bag is hand-stamped with the exact roast date.
